Galaxy Patch Notes V0.999.39

V0.999.39 Changelogs:
- Added System Synchronization Research – Set priority for Room Actions in Ship Battles
- Crew Donation Timers can be renewed after 1 hour
- Ship Armor Tile % Damage Reduction changed to a flat value format
- Rooms now have Natural Armor based on Room Size
- Starbase HP Increased across all Levels
- Improved Evasion calculation formula
- Stasis Shield Effect now prevents Repair Drone Repair
- Task Force Xmas Trigger Delay reduced to 2 seconds
- Teleport Interdictor Gate Stun Duration reduced from 5 to 4 sec
- Heavy Shield Generator Shield Capacity increased from 10 to 15
- Heavy Shield Generator Shield Regeneration from 2.2 to 2.5
- Heavy Shield Generator Reload time reduced from 5.5 seconds to 5
- Craft Attack Speed is now affected by PLT Stat & Origin Room’s Max Craft Count
- Drone Hangar Craft (excl Bombshells) Cargo Space increased by 1
- Drone Hangar Capacity increased from 90 to 140
- New Friendly Craft Count AI Conditions
- Emergency Upgrade Droids can now be Recycled
- Overhauled & Improved Bank Menu panel
- Item Sale panel no longer closes if any amount of the same Item remain after posting
- Added safeguards to improve Matchmaking UI Zooming performance
- Fixed a bug causing incorrect Crew Sidebar display during Replay
- Fixed a bug causing PvE Ship Battles to end despite using a Repair Kit
- Fixed a bug causing Recall Beacons to change Target Room Crew positions
- Fixed a bug causing incorrect Crew Body sprite size during Ship Battles
- Fixed a bug causing the ‘Loading’ icon to appear as a white box
- Fixed a bug causing incorrect display Race Room sprites
- Fixed a bug causing ECM Drones to be targeted by non-missile projectiles
- Fixed a bug preventing correct display of Ad Blimps
- Fixed a bug preventing Crews from keeping their Target after Teleport return
- Fixed a bug preventing Athletes Perk from reducing EMP effects on Modules
- Fixed a bug preventing Ribbon Sprites from displaying correctly
- Fixed a bug preventing accurate pathfinding after Crew Teleport
- Fixed a bug preventing Live AI events from appearing under certain conditions
