V0.998.15 Changelogs:

• Scheduled Maintenance will now provide a Server-wide warning message
• Guardian Defense System Missile Flight Speed increased from 15 to 30

• Updated Shipyard Cost Panel UI
• Skin Assets will now only be downloaded once viewed
• Purchasing Dropship Crew no longer opens the Crew Draw Scene

• Fixed a bug preventing Fleet Member Rank promotion/demotion errors from displaying
• Fixed a bug causing false Craft Targeting when No Ammo is assigned to the Hangar Room
• Fixed a bug preventing Rearm from updating Resource Panel
• Fixed a bug preventing Skin Unlock/Purchase despite meeting Requirements
