V0.999.46 Changelogs:
- Advanced Engineering Research is now available for Starbases
- 2×2 Combat Rooms base Defense reduced from 20 to 15
- Increased max Supply Capacity of Starbases from 100k to 500k
- Moving a Starbase on the Galaxy Map now requires Commander Rank or higher
- Added time limit to join a Fleet Wars Engagement before locking
- Invasion Engagements join time limit set to 18 hours
- Raid Engagements join time limit set to 4 hours
- Infrastructure Rewards now require being a Fleet Member for at least 1 day
- Engagement participation now requires being a Fleet Member for at least 1 day
- Min Supply investment cap for Fleet Engagements increased from 10k to 50k
- Max Supply investment cap for Fleet Engagements increased from 50k to 500k
- Conversion rate from Supplies to Power cap for Fleet Engagements reduced from 10 to 5
- Supplies Donated to Starbase are now sent to Mail Inbox after reaching cap
- Missile ECM Drone Craft Reload Time increased from 6 sec to 7.5 sec
- Blizzard Torpedo Crew Damage increased from 20 to 21
- Blizzard Torpedo Freeze Duration increased from 7 sec to 8.5 sec
- Blizzard Torpedo Tracking Damage increased from 1 to 2
- Boomer Torpedo Hull Damage increased from 1 to 3
- Boomer Torpedo System Damage, Crew Damage, and AP Damage increased from 8 to 10
- Boomer Torpedo Tracking Damage increased from 1 to 2
- Inferno Torpedo System Damage and Crew Damage increased from 4 to 6.5
- Inferno Torpedo Fire Duration increased from 15 sec to 15.5 sec
- Inferno Torpedo and Tracking Damage increased from 1 to 2
- Thunderclap Torpedo System Damage increased from 1 to 3
- Thunderclap Torpedo EMP Duration increased from 4.5 sec to 6 sec
- Thunderclap Torpedo Tracking Damage increased from 1 to 2
- Missile Launcher Reload Time reduced from 5 sec to 3.5 sec
- Missile Pod Reload Time reduced from 6 sec to 4.5 sec
- Auxiliary Missile Launcher Reload Time reduced from 12.5 sec to 9 sec
- Rocket Artillery Launcher Reload Time reduced from 7.5 sec to 6 sec
- Rocket System Damage and Crew Damage reduced from 2.2 to 1.7
- Rocket Tracking Damage reduced from 6.5 to 5
- Rocket build time reduced from 30 sec to 15 sec
- Jungler, EMP, and Scarlet Missile Tracking Damage reduced from 6.5 to 5
- Jungler Missile Crew Damage reduced from 8.5 to 7.5
- Scarlet Missile Fire Duration increased from 12.5 sec to 14 sec
- Penetrator, Scarlet, and Javelin Missiles’ Reload Speed reduced to -30%
- Jungler and EMP Missiles’ Reload Speed reduced to -40%
- Tracker Missile Reload Speed reduced to -25%
- Missile Launcher Capacity increased from 240 to 300
- Missile Pod Capacity increased from 120 to 150
- Rocket Artillery Launcher Capacity increased from 80 to 100
- Rocket Artillery Launcher build time reduced from 50 sec to 30 sec
- Added Target Bridge Room AI Action
- Missiles that miss now pass the target Ship instead of instantly exploding
- Craft Damage stat display added for all Anti-Craft Weapon Rooms
- Added shortcut for Starbase Raids in Fleet Menu
- Investing in System Infrastructure now displays the increment gained in the confirmation pop-up
- Added safeguard to Engagement Panel to improve Elimination display
- Fixed a bug causing Error Display after using Force Restart
- Fixed a bug causing incorrect display of team colors in Engagement panel
- Fixed a bug causing Supplies Collection from Inbox to ignore Max Supply cap
- Fixed a bug causing animations for sprites and skins to run at slower speeds
- Fixed a bug preventing Ship Power Loss from following Priority order
- Fixed a bug preventing Friendly/Enemy Craft AI conditions applying to Default Craft
- Fixed a bug preventing Item Use panel from closing after using a Training Consumable
- Fixed a bug preventing Ammo Depleted AI Conditions from triggering when no Ammo is selected
